On Change..
January 16, 2026
Whether it’s the circumstances of my life or simply the time of year, I’ve been consumed by the idea of change. My process of overthinking is often what brings my pen to paper. So, here we are.
We can either resist change or invite it in. I felt like I needed to be the catalyst—that I was responsible for steering the ship toward a better tomorrow. I don’t think we’re meant to control change so much as create awareness around the shifts already happening within us. We do this by quieting the mind and listening to the subtle cues within the inner world.
Sometimes it feels easier to choose what’s comfortable—and that’s okay. Eventually, something more aligned will come along, and you’ll feel called to create space for it to enter your life. There’s no need to question or judge divine timing; the universe will create a subtle yet powerful shift when the moment arrives. You will not miss it, and i will not miss you.
What keeps knocking on your door that you can finally allow in?
What parts of yourself are ready to fall away?
What makes you blossom like a flower?
The change that’s meant for you feels like peace—not pressure. It looks like a flower blossoming—unfolding in her own divine timing.
