On Reflection..
April 2, 2026
As we move into the full moon and its invitation to evaluate relationships, I began to think of everyone in my circle. I began analyze my version of perfection within each relationship.
I felt gently redirected to the self—I am the common denominator.
Balance doesn’t come from auditing each relationship with the intention of perfection. It comes by cultivating deep peace within myself — and allowing that peace to shift the energy I carry when sharing space with others. When I raise my own vibration, it becomes a mirror. What I see reflected back is simply a reflection of where I am within myself.
Truthfully, the most imbalanced relationship in my life is the one I have with myself.
Some days I feel electric. Others, completely flat. I love myself deeply, then I can hardly stand myself. I feel limitless, then I feel limited. Sometimes I don’t know what I’m meant to accept and what I’m here to change.
Nonetheless, my breath always brings me back. That’s what I know to return to.
There is a deep, still place within you that exists within the waves — between the highs and the lows, the love and the loathing, the belief and the doubt. It’s available to you always.
The relationship with self is not about feeling good all the time. It’s about knowing how to return home. This is the work.
The peace you cultivate within yourself reflects in every relationship you experience within this beautiful lifetime.
How do you cultivate balance in the body?
What relationships bring out your truest self?
How do you ride the waves of emotion?
